Our procurement procedures and processes aims to give effect to Section 217 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa by implementing a supply chain management system that is fair, equitable, transparent, competitive and cost effective. We seek to provide an effective and efficient procurement service to the OPFA and its stakeholders through procurement best practices and optimal resource management, in compliance with the OPFA’s policies and relevant procurement regulatory framework.
